SightAPI is a service operated by Pinki Mondal, sole proprietor (Pinki Mondal, we, us, or our). Questions about these Terms may be sent to m1980pinki@gmail.com.

SightAPI provides video OCR and related developer tools. By creating an account, using the API, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms and to use the service lawfully and responsibly.

You are responsible for keeping your account and API credentials secure, and for activity performed through them. Do not share credentials or use the service to process content you do not have the right to use.

Usage is metered in credits. Paid plans and credit purchases are charged through our payment provider and renew or change according to the plan selected at checkout. Credit balances are not cash, have no cash value, and are not transferable.

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We aim to keep SightAPI available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free OCR results.
